De panorama route is een prachtige autoroute met verschillende mooie uitkijkpunten. Deze route is iets minder bekend als de Garden Route, maar zeker niet minder mooi. De panorama route kun je in een dag doen, maar als je het wat rustiger aan wilt doen, kun je ergens overnachten en vervolgens twee dagen spenderen aan deze route. Van God’s Window tot aan de Blyde River Canyon, je zult je niet uitgekeken raken. Met zoveel mooie bezienswaardigheden moet je deze route wel op je ‘bucket list’. Ideaal is deze route ook te combineren met Johannesburg en vervolgens het Kruger National Park. Een auto huren in Zuid-Afrika is gemakkelijk en niet duur.
