Drive South Africa is good, but unfortunately I had to deal with Europcar Bloemfontein Airport. The experience was unpleasant because I was treated like a favour was being done for me. Stubborn person I had to deal with, plus I didn't get the car I had booked on Drive SA website. a Mere shrug of the shoulders and the key shoved in my hand. I couldn't wait to give them their car back. Luckily that stiffneck clerk was not on duty, cause I was ready for him. Came to edit my review, and removed a star. Looking back I havnt experienced such service. This one was one for the books lol Thank you for your response Drive SA. You were not the problem. I'll rerate you 5 stars,-1 for EuropaCar :).
