I loved the way they helped me and as quick as they did... I booked a rental for the Sunday and the Thursday phoned and said I need a car the Friday it was all sorted out in less than an hour and friendly I am very impressed with Drive SA and Bidvest as it was my very first time renting a car !!!!!!!

Quick service on arrival at the airport to collect car. i think refundable deposit can be returned quickly too and the invoice from car hire was done a day later. NOTE Bidvest charge extra for petrol which is unfair when the car was filled up and garage is less than 200 meters.

Der Service von South African Drive war gut. Der Einzige der uns während unserer Probleme mit unserem Auto wirklich geholfen hat war Leon Reed von South African Drive. Der Service von Britz war defacto nicht vorhanden (Britz beim Flughafen Windhoek) . Sofern jemand abgehoben hat wurde man immer auf einen Rückruf vertröstet der in der Regel nicht kam. Man musste selbst nochmal anrufen und dann nochmal alles erzählen weil die Informationsweitergabe nicht existiert.
