We were upgraded to an auto when we got to the airport to pick up the car and got exactly what we asked for. The only thing I am unhappy with is the fact that Bidvest insisted on charging me R350 for extra driver even though I had said I will be the only driver. Their reasoning was that I was paying deposit with my friend's credit card and this did not make sense to me because I was the only one driving as agreed by my friends. My agent at Drive SA lived up to my expectations as always.
