We loved our Volkswagen Caravelle. It was the most practical vehicle for viewing game as we could see over the roofs of 80% of the vehicle. Big windows was perfect for site seeing. Lots of space. We were 7 people and lugggae. Loved the travel!
We used Drive South Africa car hire for our recent trip to the Kruger National Park. The customer service at OR Tambo was friendly and efficient. Our crew of 8 people managed to fit very comfortable in the Kombi provided and cruised our way from OR Tambo to Kruger. Since most of our days consisted of game viewing, we spent plenty of time in the car. The kombi was great for game viewing both in terms of height and ample windows for spotting opportunities by all. Overall, our experience using drive South Africa was a memeorable one and is a service which I will definitely use again.
Excellent service. We had an emergency with our main car falling apart before the school run. Drive South Africa managed to get us a replacement car delivered to our house in Cape Town within two hours. An attention to detail that was appreciated .
