The car was booked via the Drive Africa website and the car came from Thrifty. I was aware of an extra R50 contract fee and a R749.99 cross border fee. My original quote from Drive Africa was for R2396 excluding the above and I was charged R2920 which I cannot understand. Next time I'll get clarification prior to paying. The car went well but it shuddered. This was reported on its return. The cross border papers were not ready at collection so someone slipped up somewhere.
Service was fast and efficient, both on collecting the car and returning it, would definitely recommend you to my friends.
The initial service was good but the collection information was incorrect. Bidvest no longer has an office at Margate Airport. Bidvest also said they do charge for the return leg whereas the consultant said they do not. Information needs to be up to date to be more efficient.
First car given was to small went back to the office was changed to a bigger car no problemProduct : as above car was bigger but older model--still no final bill yet.
