Megan's service was great for making the booking. Then after we returned the vehicle and had suspicious transactions taken from our account, we struggled to get a proper response from the booking agent and Avis. We paid substantial credit card account fees for payments that may or may not have been processed correctly. 10 days on and we still don't know. The car was excellent and people on the ground were fantastic.Product : Wtf is CAM. Cleary this feedback service is falling short too.

Always great service from staff and the rental process as whole.Product : The vehicle that I rented was terrible. It was a Nissan Almera. Uncomfortable seats. Uncomfortable ride. Definitely not worth the rental fee. (There are better fleet options in this class).
