A very special thanks in particular to Elizma, for the excellent service she provides to customers..As I was first booked at Europcar ,but when I got there I was told that they don't accept Debit (Cheque) Cards, They only use Credit cards.and this was on a last minute.I called Drive SA,and was told that Elizma is not on her desk as I done my booking with her. I explained my problem to someone else whom she put me on hold for about 30 minutes.and still when she got back on the phone,she couldn't help.I kept on calling until I got hold of Elizma.I was very happy with the way she resolved the query.
