Only booking feedback - so no feedback on the rest of the rental process (pick-up, car quality and end-of-contract). Booking process was smooth, however the voucher retrieval seems bit odd compared to other providers (needs 1-2 days). In the meanwhile the team (Kenneth) is very responsive so all in all very good until now and looking forward to the rest!
Last minute booking and when i say last minute literally needed the vehicle within the hour and the sorted me out , customer service at its best.
The representative was proactive and answered most of my questions.
