It was a lovely experience. Actually this was our 1st car rental tour. Car Toyota Avanza: it was in good condition, clean, good tyres, full petrol, of course. Power was as per expectation; Avanza requires more power and 1st gear for steep climbs. We knew that it is a medium height car, but realized that at few occasions we repented not to go for bigger car with more height. Luggage space with 4 adults is awesome. 4 cargo bags * 20 kg each plus 4 cabin bags 7kg each plus 2 small handbags-purses could be adjusted easily. Registering, communicating with consultant Charlotte, getting the car was smooth; dropping the car keys at the KMI Airport was even smoother. Thanks.

New car, fast return at PE. Only the pick up at CPT was slow. Very busy but also lots of paperwork. Could be processed innadvance online, would have shortened waiting time by 50%. Very kind and helpfull staff!
They should gave a bit of instruction as to how to operate the electronic parts of modern cars. Ie how to operate the had brake. And the various different drive modes. I hired a Mercedes benz 200 class and was all at sea with the electronics because my own cars are much older models. (Landrover ans Toyota prius. I had to ring the office to find how electronic operations worked and to their credit the were very helpful.
Everything was communicated properly and we got the car we asked for.
