Good service on the collection of the car. I was not told that they will be closed when I return the car and was slightly annoyed that I had to "drop" the car off at a garage.

Drive South Africa was excellent with their service. The problem was with the hiring company which didn't have adequate customer service.
Very good customer service experience. Prefer Drive South Africa for their unlimited km and low insurance excess. Perhaps consider to have an emergency contact number in case of cancellations or changes to reservation on public holidays.
