It was generally a good experience with a few issues. Booking was easy and the agent Trevor was great to deal with and had some informed recommendations about a vehicle for our needs. The vehicle we received was in great and had everything we needed. The only issue we had was arriving and departing. We had to wait at the airport for a couple hours as there was a mixup with our pickup. This also happened for our departure so we had to drive the vehicle to the airport instead of dropping it off at the office. We feel we shouldn't have to pay for a service we didn't receive.
Reception and overall service was good. There was some confusion due to a change in our flight which was eventually resolved.
Their service has been outstanding, Theresa had attended to my queries swiftly and assured me every time with my bookings which were strange to me. I am really happy of the service intact and the speedy assistance at hand.
