All went pretty well. The truck was great and everything functioned as it should. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because when we went to the agreed-upon pickup location at the agreed-upon time, which was an Avis Off-Road Rental location, nobody was there. At that point we had to go through a number of calls before we could get someone to meet us for the pickup. Everything else was great!
The service is highly appreciated. The staff is very committed to assist it's clients in a satisfactory manner.
Professional services, caring customer service. Although you don't rent the car from them (they are an intermediary party), they help you with any requests.
