Initial contact took several chase ups by me to get confirmation of a reservation - after that everything went smoothly. Like the fact that any fuel top up is at normal pump prices and not ludicrous rip off airport rates as operated by many car hire companies in Europe.
Great service, great customer care, warm welcoming staff. Only one thing that I didn't appreciate is that I had to ask more probing questions regarding the rental instead of them assisting me especially with the general information. Overall, I really appreciated their service. There is room for improvement.
